Cookie policy

Loopea sets no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no social network trackers. The files it stores keep you signed in, restore the interface as you set it and, on public pages only, count visits anonymously.

Audience measurement of the public pages

To know how many people discover Loopea and what interests them, the public pages (home page, legal pages, sign-in page) count visits with an in-house tool, hosted with the rest of the service. It records the page viewed, the site you came from, the campaign parameters of the link (utm), the device type, the country and region inferred by the host (never the city), the language, scroll depth, time spent and the elements clicked with their position on the page. It records no IP address, no cookie and no identity data, and nothing is linked to your account: the signed-in application is never measured. The statistics are only viewed by the publisher and the data is deleted after 25 months.

Measurement is turned off automatically if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also refuse it here, for this browser:

What Loopea does not use

  • No Google Analytics, and no third-party audience measurement tool of any kind.
  • No advertising pixel (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • No third-party share button that would track your visit.
  • No font loaded from a third-party server: fonts are served from the Loopea domain, so no request to Google Fonts is sent from your browser.
  • No cross-site tracking of your activity.

How to delete them

You can clear these trackers at any time from your browser settings. Deleting the session cookie signs you out, and deleting the display preference brings the interface back to its default look. None of your habits is lost, since they are saved on your account and not in your browser.

If this changes

If a third-party measurement tool, or tracking linked to accounts, were ever added, this page would be updated and a real consent banner, with a refusal as easy as acceptance, would be put in place before any tracker is set. See also the privacy policy.
