The database (accounts, habits, history, profile photos) is provided by Supabase Inc., a US company, on infrastructure located in Paris. The website and its server functions are hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), with functions configured in the Paris region. The AI coach, reserved for Premium accounts, sends some of your data to Anthropic PBC (United States). Details are in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The Loopea name, its logo, its visual identity, its texts and the application code are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The content you create in the application (habit names, goals, history, profile photo) remains yours. You keep all rights to it; the publisher does not exploit it for any commercial purpose.

Third-party services

Loopea relies on the following providers, each acting as a processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR:

  • Supabase Inc.: Hosting of the database and account management.
  • Vercel Inc.: Hosting of the website and application servers.
  • Anthropic PBC: Generating the AI coach's replies (Premium accounts only).

Reporting illegal content

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), any manifestly illegal content found on the service can be reported to the contact address above. Each report is examined and receives a reasoned answer.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and after an unsuccessful attempt at an amicable settlement, French courts have jurisdiction.
